Help for Colds and Flu
It’s a fact that if you haven’t had the flu this season, you probably know someone who has. There are a few things you can do to prevent it. Believe it or not, not everyone has to get the flu! There are things you can do to dodge the flu bullet! First, eat healthy food. Make sure to get those veggies in the diet. They are like treasure chests of miracles to our bodies! You want to also ensure you are getting adequate amount of proper rest, staying hydrated with plenty of pure filtered water, and washing your hands often.
Also may also want to pay attention to getting enough zinc and vitamin c into the body. If you are prone to getting ill, it may be a good idea to supplement with NSP’s Elderberry Plus, or if you have auto-immune system imbalances use Astragalus. Echinacea/Goldenseal is fabulous, if you catch the symptoms in the beginning. If the flu already hit you try Yarrow or NSP’s VS-C or Colloidal Silver. These are great for viruses. No matter what you take, remember that the body needs proper rest and time to heal so give yourself a bit of both.
